- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in email, chat, and phone-based support
- Experience managing 40+ tickets per day

- Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments
- Shift: Pacific Time: 4 PM – 1 AM PT
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Location: Remote – Asia-based
- Weekend On-call: Once every 8 weeks (if needed)
